How long does it take to get my order?

Most jobs are completed within 7-10 business days but we're happy to discuss quicker turn times if needed.

What is the minimum order?

No minimums on 'Direct to Film' Ink Transfers. Screen Printing and Embroidery does require a minimum of 12 items. Promotional Products such as Pens, Lanyards, etc. vary on minimums. Paper Products such as Business Cards, Flyers, Brochures, etc. require a minimum of 100 but we're happy to quote less on any type of printing.

What type of artwork do you require?

We prefer files to be EPS, PDF or some type of Vector. If you need us to create a design, we have (2) full time graphic designers on staff to help.
